RUNNING YOUR BLOG LIKE A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY, A VIRTUAL OFFICE: The CTPM Model




If your  blog was a startup company with few employees and staffs which are passionately committed to expand the company and make it highly profitable, the first and foremost task your crew will embark on is to set targets, build customer relationship through emotional selling intelligence (this means getting beyond just relationship with customers to making your products and services very dear to them), feedbacks, integrated brands promotion and a powerful sales force that are exceptional in closing sales. Every attention and energy will be geared towards building this company. If you really want to be a millionaire blogger, then your mindset and pretty much of everything you do about the whole blogging should be different.


Until you understand that your blog is a platform to sell yourself and your abilities, you may not excel. You can have a very good blog with powerful post but you see, you may never get to the level of a millionaire blogger until you make your blog a virtual office. Anyone of us will be thrilled to have an office on Wall Street as a super achiever and a professional just like Farah Gray did at a very tender age. This virtual office is where you display your expertise like a consultant or as a CEO of your virtual online company, your blog. Friend, I have literally blogged for 3 years without  understanding that blogging is like a virtual office and a potential company whose fate lies in the hands of the manager, you. Blogging becomes a business when it has been planned to be a funnel. Yes, you heard me right. Because, you must know how to get a visitor to be a constant reader to a subscriber and down to prospect. Therefore I want to explain the 4 steps to blog profit domination.
I would really want you to write this down as is really going to help you. Remember that there are Blogging Philosophies you need to know.
Here goes:
  • Content :friend, of course you have to create a name among other bloggers as a guru in a particular topic in a niche. Your content must be daring and exceptionally powerful to attract the right persons you want to visit your blog. Several people has created similar blog post and so you have to be unique. I would advise creating a better content that will compete favorably than them. Content is king. Mastery over your niche quickly makes you a problogger. You have to master how to deduce the present need among your blogging community and plan to release a killer 2000 or 3000 word guide that will sweep the social media. Usually most bloggers only write on what they feel is very important or what they feel their audience will read but that’s why they don’t get re-visitors and true subscribers. Here are powerful ways to find out the hottest topic to blog about in your niche.

Just head straight to Twitter and search for “Top Bloggers” or “Blogging”. Notice the search results. Most of the first 4 pages are real expert bloggers. Now, just scan through the topics they posted and see the most reoccurring. This is an indication of a hot topic. Also visit Reddit and search the same, take note of the results and the most re-occurring topics. Search technorati.com to see the top blog results. Visit some of the very best in your niche and check out the blog posts with the highest level of comments. They are indicators. You can post on this topic but it is usually better to post more advanced article or guide than theirs.


Check out HOW TO WRITE BETTER THAN COMPETITORS FOR A TOPIC. Also, Let Google helps you. Have you noticed that when you search for anything in Google, some string of related words are displayed and also somewhere around the search results you see “Related Searches". Those are indicators that they are very hot topics to post on. Plan to release powerful contents that are targeted to attract the right traffic.
Ok buddie, there two things that make for a great blog, your virtual office. I would like to let you know them.

a.     THE VALUE OF A NAME:  Well I have always thought that becoming a blogger was all about making money through Adsense. There is no such thing as blogging for money. People who became billionaires where first driven with value before money. 


Create a name in the blogosphere my friend. How do you do that? When I started this blog in 19 August this year, I already knew that there where over 2 million blog posts every day and 60 percent talked about the same thing. I kind of figured out how to stand out immediately from the rest. I wrote a plan that will hit me to the top in less time. I decided to bring in business into blogging and convert my blog into a virtual office. I decide to use headlines that are not conventional as well as a writing style only me can be known for. Name is what matters.


 Majority of us knows Neil Patel, Darren Rowse, Daniel Scocco, John Chow, Seth Godin and several other big catch bloggers. You probably don’t always visit their blog yet you have at least heard about them. That’s the value of a name. So do you still want to blog for money. I am unto you right now and I can see it written all over your face. Go create a name friend. Master your niche and topic like no man’s business.

b.     BLOG BUSINESS MISSION: If you were expecting not to make money or get prospects and clients through your blog, I sure bet it, the stress is not worth. So? You already know what I mean. Blog business mission? Blah blah blah! Whatever. If you knew that your blog was going to make you cool bucks in thousands and millions, then your blog is a business! If you don’t want to take it, then beat it. The difference is that it is virtual, not offline. This is running an empire on a hosting company, using a domain name and a blogging software similar to physical location, adverts and integrated brands promotion, customer relationship and all those corporate details that you already know. What exactly do you want to do in the bloggers world, that’s the question. Define a mission. Simple and that will drive you to churn out expert contents that will go viral.
  • Traffic: yes, most of us know what I mean. This post is about how to manage your blog like a billion dollar company. Check out other posts to get individual details. A beautifully designed blog without traffic can be quite frustrating. There are several ways to get traffic back to your blog. More on this topic later. It can be categorized into several levels and type. we have Search Engine Traffic or SEO, Social Media, Social Bookmarking sites, Forums and Blog Synergies and contest, PPC, word of mouth, Viral marketing, RSS feeds like feeds. Your ability to master how to generate traffic and maintain as well as increase traffic is an indicator of good management procedures buddy.

  •   Preselling: this is over delivering quality content. Here, you give out something in exchange for visitors Email and contact. How will some bloggers expect to get subscribers to their blog when they don’t give out quality content? You can really show your visitor that you are not really in a hurry to take their Email address by giving out a top quality EBook, Script, Podcast, Report, Video or anything worthwhile. As a manager of your virtual office, must know exactly how to increase your database of customers. The money is in the list. Powerful Preselling techniques pull in more subscribers than powerful post. Your Preselling strategy must have high conversion rate if it actually must be called Preselling. 

  • Monetization: This is the bottom of the funnel. This is the ultimate goal of the exceptional Blog Manager. In fact the more money you make as a blogger is an indicator of expertise. Apart from Paid Banner ads, Adsense and other ad monetization networks, the volumes of personal products as well as affiliate products you sell through your blog is a determinant of how good you are.
